IF our agency was correct in the email we received last week, our Article 5 was dropped off at the CCCWA on Saturday, October 8th. I'm obviously a little concerned about their dates after the snafu last week with the consulate:-( So, our paperwork should be "in process" for our Travel Approval. I have absolutely NO idea how long this will take. The date for our Article 5 is 9/29 and I've seen people with Article 5 dates up to 9/24 get their Travel Approvals. This gives me hope that ours won't take too long to process. I guess we'll wait and see!!!! All in God's timing, all in God's timing, all in God's timing............
In some other family news: It has been CRAZY around here the past few days. Friday night Jordan had to go to Texarkana for the football game while Steve, Jenna, I went to Arkadelphia to see Devan in Tiger Tunes. We didn't get home until after 11 p.m. and then Steve picked up Jordan at 1:00 a.m. only to have to be back at school by 10:30 for an all day band competition and we had to be back in Arkadelphia again for Homecoming. By the time all was said and done I picked up Jordan at MIDNIGHT Saturday night. Steve, Jenna and I made it to church today....Jordan did not!!! Unbelievably we seem to function pretty well in the chaos:-) I'm not sure if that is something to be proud of!!! LOL
Please pray that the CCCWA issues our Travel Approval this week!!! That would mean I might be able to travel the second week of November and be home by Thanksgiving. I really DON'T want to be gone away from my family during this time.
