for our Travel Approval. Our Article 5 was picked up from the Consulate on the 29th. It was mailed back to Beijing but we won't know for sure when it actually arrived at the CCCWA until October the 10th, thanks to the Chinese Holiday that everyone is leaving to celebrate tomorrow:-( Who would have ever thought we would get held up AGAIN because of a Chinese Holiday? With Jenna it was Chinese New Year and now this with Desi. We're cursed by Chinese Holidays!!!! LOL
Anyway, I'm glad to know that we are at the very last part of this process. I would love NOTHING more than to get an updated photo of Desi before I travel, but that isn't going to happen either so I get to wait and be surprised by how much she's grown and changed. I'm praying that our agency has given us the "worst case scenario" by pushing our travel dates back to Thanksgiving but only time will tell.
