PA

What is PA you might ask? Well, that is China giving us Pre-Approval to adopt Desi (aka: Liang Ruo Hua). GWCA submitted all of our paperwork required to receive the PA on Thursday. That means they've had 5 days to review it. Is it too much to ask to have it today? Will it be tomorrow? Or will it be the TWO WEEKS the agency told me it might take:-( I haven't seen anyone have to wait two weeks for a PA so I'm holding out hope that we will see it today or tomorrow. PA! PA! PA! Maybe if I chant long enough they'll hear it in China and send it to me!!! LOL
