Travel Plans

I got my final itinerary today:-) Yippee!!!!

Here you go:

November 25 Depart Little Rock 7:00 a.m.(layovers in Chicago and Beijing)
November 27 Arrive Lanzhou 12:30 a.m.(China is 14 hours ahead of us)
November 28 Meet Desi @ 3:00 p.m. (I actually think I might get her Sunday)
November 29 Complete Adoption Paperwork at the Civil Affairs Office
November 30 Shopping:-)
December 1 Visit Gansu Museum
December 2 Visit the Shuicheyuan (no idea what this is but I'll find out)
Pick up Desi's Passport and fly to Guangzhou
December 3 Desi's Medical Checkup, Visa Photo and TB Test:-(
December 4 Tour Chen Family Temple
December 5 Get TB test results and shopping
December 6 More shopping:-)
December 7 Consulate Appointment
December 8 Pick up Desi's Visa and take train to Hong Kong
December 9 Leave Hong Kong and arrive in Little Rock @ 7:42 p.m.

It's not near as full a schedule as we had when we adopted Jenna and I'm GLAD!!!!! There's lots of down time and I plan on using that time to work with Desi on her English and also to have a lot of bonding time:-)

It's really happening....after all this time....the Malone's are about to add another daughter to this crazy, chaotic thing we call life:-)
