I wish I was posting our travel schedule with all of our hotels, Gotcha Day, Consulate appointment, etc. but instead we are still waiting for our Travel Approval (insert extreme sadness). Obviously my October 17th date was wrong. I thought even if I was off a couple of days, surely we would get it by Friday. Nope. Nothing. And so here we sit on a Saturday afternoon.....wishing our life away until Monday comes to see if OUR call will come then.
I am trusting in God's timing but I will sadly admit, I'm not happy about it. I'm not happy that my daughter sits needlessly in China without us. Granted, she probably doesn't know the difference, but WE know!!!!! My heart longs so badly to hold her, to comfort her, to tell her all about the life she will have here in America with a family that will love her forever. No matter what. Yes, it's another weekend without travel plans:-(
Thankfully my friend Mysty has made it to China safely and will meet her precious Zoey in a little over 24 hours:-) That is something to celebrate and Praise God for!!!! Her wonderful agency obviously did things a lot quicker than ours and made sure she was united with her child as soon as possible. I am truly SO happy for the Langley Family!!!!!!
