Mini Update

I wish I had referral news but not yet (close though).

First of all, still NO passports. When I check the status on the government web-site, it says "in process." I'm pretty sure this is something I ALREADY knew since you cashed my checks (geez!!!). I am going to give them a tiny pass since there has been so much snow in the area (Pennsylvania).

Now for the really BIG news in my mini update.......Lori worked on our homestudy all weekend and will hopefully have it to GWCA this week!!!! I thought it would be reviewed and approved pretty quickly, but then I started reading. Apparently this process can take anywhere from 10 days to three WEEKS (insert feelings of sadness here). More patience building:-) The good news is that once it's approved they WILL start trying to match us with Desi!!!! We are within WEEKS of them searching the list of 1600 children for our daughter. What an amazing feeling that is:-)
