Things are moving a lot quicker than I had anticipated. Already this week I have written our application letter and submitted it to GWCA for review. Yesterday I went to Little Rock and got our marriage license and Steve's birth certificate:-) The forms to get new passports (of course ours expired in August!!!) have been printed and just need to be filled out and put in the mail along with new passport photos we will hopefully get made this week. I called our accountant today and left a message. He's out until next week but at least he has a message from me to get started on our self-employment letters!!!
Hopefully by Friday I will have completed our financial statement and Steve and I will have gone by the police department to get a letter stating we're not criminals:-) Maybe by this weekend I can even get registered for our on-line classes and get that out of the way too.
Boy does it feel good to be doing something!!! This is way better than the endless waiting we've been doing for over three years with no end in sight. I might even go to the Secretary of State next week and have some documents certified!!!!
If this keep going this smoothly I might not be too far off my January 31 LID goal I first set for myself:-)
